Title: Research on the Effect of M/B Composite Microstructure Heat Treatment of G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V Steel for Aeronautical Bearings on the Microstructure and Properties
Profile:
Xingfu Yu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Shenyang University of Technology. Main research directions: Heat treatment of bearing steel, heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel, and high-temperature alloys, plastic forming of metals, and laser shock strengthening. Main research achievements: Led the development of multiple heat treatment techniques for strengthening and toughening aviation bearings and high-precision bearings, precise size control heat treatment, and M/B composite quenching heat treatment. We have conducted scientific research and technological cooperation with well-known domestic enterprises in the manufacturing of aviation bearings, civil bearings, and machine tool components, solving the problems of low service life, large size changes, low manufacturing accuracy, and poor impact resistance of aviation bearings. Multiple technologies have been applied in the manufacturing of aviation engine bearings.
