Title: Preparation and Applications of Feather-shaped High-entropy Thermal Barrier coatings

Dr. Bowen Lv is an Associate Researcher at Guangdong Institute of New Materials (Guangdong Academy of Sciences), recognized as a Guangzhou Youth Talent Support Program Scholar and serves as an adjunct postgraduate supervisor for Guangdong University of Technology and Central South University. With academic training spanning Xi'an Jiaotong University, Forschungszentrum Jülich (Germany), INSA de Lyon (France), and Beijing Institute of Technology, his research focuses on fundamental research and applications of high-temperature protective coatings in aero-engines and gas turbines, encompassing design strategies, fabrication techniques, and performance evaluations. He has led 5 national research programs including NSFC General Projects. His scholarly output comprises 20+ peer-reviewed papers, 19 patents, and a co-authored book. He is awarded the Shaanxi Provincial Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation and Young Investigator Support Grant from the International Conference on Theoretical and Applied Mechanics.
