Title: High Pressure Preparation of Novel Superhard Carbon Materials

Profile:

Jiajun Dong is an Associate Professor (Research Fellow) at State Key Laboratory of High Pressure and superhard Materials of Jilin University. He received his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from Jilin University in 2020. Prior to joining State Key Laboratory of High Pressure and superhard Materials in 2022, he was selected for the first batch of “Dingxin Scholar” postdoctoral program at Jilin University. His research is focuses on the structural and physical property transformations of carbon materials under high pressure, as well as the fabrication of new types of superhard materials.
