Presentation Title: Controllable preparation of high-performance thermal control coatings by plasma electrolytic oxidation

Resume

Jun Liang is a professor in School of Materials Science and Engineering, Dongguan  University of Technology since 2022. He got his Ph.D. degree from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China in 2007. Then he went to Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht (GKSS Research Centre), Germany for a postdoctoral research. From 2010 to 2022, he worked  as a principal investigator at State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests includes protective and functional coatings on light-weight metals, surface technologies by electrochemical methods (plasma electrolytic oxidation, anodic oxidation, electrodeposition, etc.), corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant coatings. He has published and co-published more than 100 papers in journals, which got total citations more than 5,000 times with H-index of 43.
