Title: Microstructure Toughening Design and Mechanical Properties of Refractory High-Entropy Alloys for Laser Additive Manufacturing

Profile:

Kai Feng is a Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Metallic Materials Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2006 and his Doctoral Degree in Materials Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2012. Now, he serves as Deputy Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Laser Manufacturing and Material Modification, Deputy Director of the Institute of Welding and Laser Manufacturing, Deputy Director of the Joint Research Center for Additive Manufacturing. He has published over 100 SCI papers in journals including Additive Manufacturing and Acta Materialia etc., with a cumulative 3,500+ citations and an H-index of 36. In the field of laser additive manufacturing, he holds more than 10 national invention patents, and has led the launch of 2 national standards, and participated in drafting 5 national standards.
