Profile：

Ce'an Guo, born in 1979, Doctor of Engineering, graduated from Northeastern University, majoring in Materials Science, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, mainly engaged in the research of new weapon materials and processes, underwater target detection and identification technology, and advanced weapon manufacturing technology. He is the head of the scientific research and innovation team of Shenyang Ligong University in the fields of “New Principles of New Materials for Weapons” and “New Processes of New Materials for Weapons”. He has been awarded the “Support Program for Innovative Talents in Higher Educational Institutions” in Liaoning Province and the “Support Program for Young and Middle-aged Innovative Talents in Science and Technology” in Shenyang. He has presided over 5 scientific research projects of National Science and Technology Major Project, Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission, National Defense Science and Industry Bureau, Army Equipment Department, 5 scientific research projects of Provincial Science and Technology Department and Provincial Education Department, and 5 horizontal scientific research projects. He has published more than 70 academic papers in Corrosion Science, Journal of Materials Science & Technology, Journal of Metals, and other domestic and international journals, and more than 50 papers have been included in SCI and EI. Otherwise, he has also published a academic monograph on “Life-extension Coating Technology for the Inner Bore of Artillery Tubes”, and one textbook on “Numerical Analysis”; he has been authorized to receive 12/14 patents for invention. In the meantime, he has won the first prize of science and technology of the China Society of Corrosion and Protection and the third prize of the Scientific and Technological Advancement Award of the Hydrocarbons Group.
