Title: Development of Key Technologies for Anti-Fatigue Surface Strengthening Heat Treatment of Heavy-Duty Gear Steel

 

Xiaonan Wang is a Professor at Soochow University and has been recognized as a Young Top-Notch Talent under China’s National High-Level Talents Special Support Program and selected for the Jiangsu Provincial "Qinglan Project" Talent Development Initiative. Main research direction: Intelligent thermal processing of metal materials (welding, repair/additive, heat treatment). He has led 4 national-level projects and 13 provincial/ministerial or municipal-level projects, while spearheading over 20 industry-academia-research collaborations with major enterprises such as Ansteel Group, Benxi Iron & Steel Group, and China Coal Technology & Engineering Group. He has authored over 150 publications (including over 50 SCI-indexed papers as first/corresponding author in the past five years). He awarded 4 provincial/ministerial-level scientific research awards as the first contributor, and serves as a Member of the Welding Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Executive Council Member of the Jiangsu Provincial Foundry Society, and Vice Chairman of the Suzhou Welding Society.
