Title: Design and Assessment of Surface-Toughened Gradient Lightweight Thermal Protection and Insulation Composites

Profile: 

Dong Shun, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Harbin Institute of Technology, has been selected for the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by China Association for Science and Technology. He serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for journals including Journal of Advanced Ceramics and Electron. Specializing in lightweight thermal protection composites research, he has led over 10 national-level scientific projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation General Program and National Science and Technology Major Project. His academic contributions include more than 70 SCI-indexed publications and more than 10 authorized patents.
